Far Far West Beginner Guide
Far Far West is built around short co-op bounty runs where robot cowboys enter a mission, complete marked objectives, fight waves and bosses, collect rewards, and return to town to upgrade guns, spells, abilities, and perks. New players should focus less on perfect aim and more on movement, team roles, spell timing, and steady progression.
Far Far West Beginner Step 1: Start in Town Loadout
Before launching a run, use the town hub to prepare your gun loadout, spell choices, and upgrades. A safe beginner setup is one weapon or spell plan for clearing small enemies and one option for elites or bosses.
Far Far West Beginner Step 2: Pick a Manageable Bounty
Runs are built around mission objectives and boss encounters. Start with lower-pressure contracts while learning map flow, enemy types, spell cooldowns, and extraction timing.
Far Far West Beginner Step 3: Move Before You Shoot
Use Shift to dash and Space to jump. Combining dash and jump gives extra height or distance, while repeated dash-jump chains help you dodge incoming damage during waves and boss fights.
Far Far West Beginner Step 4: Follow Objective and Collect
Core mission tasks are marked on the map, while optional side objectives, chests, graves, secrets, and mining outcrops reward exploration. Detour when the team is healthy, then return to the main objective before the run gets chaotic.
Far Far West Beginner Step 5: Handle Gold with the Right Tool
Gold and mining outcrops feed your upgrade economy. Mining gives better cash value when the area is safe, while Fireball can break gold veins quickly when you are under pressure or moving fast.
Far Far West Beginner Step 6: Use Spells as Horde Tools
Spells are strong against groups and become much better when combined. Early examples include Mino into Strikes for wide lightning coverage, Thrower into Fireball for explosions, and Voodoo effects for healing candles.
Far Far West Beginner Step 7: Upgrade After Each Run
Back in town, spend rewards on gun damage, spell power, ability upgrades, and perks that support your role. Damage-first upgrades make most weapons feel stronger, then reload speed, fire rate, ammo efficiency, lifesteal, or weakpoint bonuses can fix specific weaknesses.
Far Far West Beginner Step 8: Avoid Common Early Mistakes
The fastest way to lose a run is standing still, ignoring spell combos, skipping easy upgrade cash, taking a boss-only weapon into hordes, or splitting too far from teammates. Play close enough to revive, share objective progress, and let each player cover a different combat role.
Far Far West cover both crowd control and boss damage in your loadout.
Far Far West read objective demands before committing your route.
Far Far West keep moving with dash-jump chains during waves and bosses.
Far Far West spend rewards after every clear to stay ahead of scaling pressure.
Far Far West Weapons Guide
Every weapon can work with enough upgrades and Joker support, but a strong loadout should either split responsibilities between crowd clear and boss damage or handle both jobs decently. Beginners should start with reliable weapons, then specialize once they know which enemies and bosses give them trouble.
Far Far West Quad Cylinder
Primary | Reliable starter gunBest for General clearing, weakpoint hits, learning objectives. Upgrade priority: Damage first, then weakpoint support and handling. Early recommendation: Keep it while learning the game loop because it performs well without forcing a narrow playstyle.
Far Far West Shotgun
Primary | Close-range comfort weaponBest for Trash waves, elites, chaotic co-op fights, interrupting Deadeye-style threats. Upgrade priority: Damage and reload speed. Early recommendation: One of the easiest early picks because it clears fast, requires less precision, and stays useful against most enemies.
Far Far West Long Ranger
Primary | Precision boss killerBest for Elites, bosses, weakpoint damage, high-value targets. Upgrade priority: Damage, fire rate, weakpoint-focused Jokers. Early recommendation: Pair it with a crowd-clearing secondary or spell setup so small enemies do not overwhelm you.
Far Far West Minigun
Primary | Sustained DPS weaponBest for Large waves, bosses, long fights after investment. Upgrade priority: Ammo efficiency, damage, reload support. Early recommendation: Strong when supported by ammo-focused upgrades and Jokers; keep moving because you can still dash and jump while firing.
Far Far West Leveredge
Primary | High single-target damage rifleBest for Elites and bosses. Upgrade priority: Damage, reload speed, fire rate, weakpoint value. Early recommendation: Use it as a boss-focused primary and cover trash clear through spells or a secondary.
Far Far West Revolver
Secondary | Consistent backup sidearmBest for Weakpoint damage and reliable single-target support. Upgrade priority: Damage, Electric element for area value, lifesteal after investment. Early recommendation: A dependable secondary for players who want a simple backup weapon with clean aiming.
Far Far West Bow
Secondary | Element-combo weaponBest for Spell synergy, elemental puddles, crowd interactions. Upgrade priority: Damage and element synergy. Early recommendation: Use it with spell combos rather than treating it like a normal gun.
Far Far West Dual Revolvers
Secondary | Trash-clear sidearmBest for Small enemies, fast hits, lifesteal value. Upgrade priority: Lifesteal, reload support, damage. Early recommendation: Great for clearing weaker enemies, but pair it with a primary that can kill bosses.
Far Far West Boomerang
Secondary | Infinite-ammo sustain toolBest for Repeated damage ticks, trash clear, lifesteal setups. Upgrade priority: Lifesteal, damage, Acid element for control. Early recommendation: Excellent for sustain and repeated hits; avoid relying on it against shielded enemies that can deflect it.
Far Far West Sheriff Star
Secondary | High-skill retrieval weaponBest for Close-range pressure and aim-focused play. Upgrade priority: Damage, recovery rhythm, lifesteal. Early recommendation: Best for players who can fight close, land throws, and retrieve missed stars without taking too much damage.
Far Far West Spells and Combos
Spellcasting is the main layer that separates Far Far West from a standard co-op shooter. Spells can be used alone, but their strongest value comes from chaining elements, placing setup spells first, and letting teammates trigger follow-up effects during waves and boss fights.
Far Far West Acid Spell Family
Core effects: Acid puddles, Geyser, Bubble, Acid Rain. Combo examples: Acid plus Fire or Electric triggers elemental explosions. Geyser on a lightning puddle creates three more geysers. Bubble on a fire puddle creates a travelling fire tornado, while Bubble on an electric puddle splits into three bubbles. Acid Rain with Strikes becomes a thunderstorm that hits random enemies. Best use: Area denial, combo setup, group damage, and forcing enemies through damaging zones. Team tip: Place Acid first, then let a teammate follow with Fire or Electric to turn the puddle into a larger damage event.
Far Far West Cactus Spell Family
Core effects: Mino, Decoyo, Pistolero, Wallo-style cactus setups. Combo examples: Mino can be imbued with another element. Decoyo can be hit with elemental damage to explode with that element. Pistolero can be imbued for extra elemental damage. Strikes on Mino, Pistolero, Wallo, or Decoyo creates six thunder strikes in multiple directions. Best use: Pre-fight setup, boss area control, and team-triggered burst damage. Team tip: Drop cactus spells before the wave reaches the team, then call out which element should trigger them.
Far Far West Electric Spell Family
Core effects: Strikes, Wisp, Portal, Boing, electric puddles. Combo examples: Electric damage on Mino arcs bolts to nearby enemies. Strikes on Acid Rain creates a thunderstorm. Portal duplicates spell cards thrown through it, and Portal into Portal creates an electric explosion. Boing with Thunderstrike gives extra movement speed. Best use: Chain damage, movement boosts, spell duplication, and wide-area wave control. Team tip: Use Electric as the follow-up element when Acid or cactus setups are already active.
Far Far West Fire Spell Family
Core effects: Fireball, Firebeam, fire puddles, burn effects. Combo examples: Fireball instantly breaks gold veins. Firebeam on Acid puddles or geysers creates a travelling fire tornado. Fireball into Thrower repeatedly explodes the target through acid ticks. Fireball into Mino increases damage and burns the enemy. Best use: Burst damage, fast gold breaks, burn pressure, and explosive follow-ups. Team tip: Use Fire when enemies are grouped or when the team needs to turn an Acid setup into immediate damage.
Far Far West Voodoo Spell Family
Core effects: Drain, Ritual, healing candles, ally conversion effects. Combo examples: Voodoo spells cast on allies, enemies, or near elemental puddles spawn floating candles that heal for 3 HP when picked up. Drain on Mino or Decoyo makes affected enemies fight for you after the explosion. Ritual on Pistolero, Wallo, or Decoyo adds another healing area. Best use: Team sustain, recovery during long fights, and converting enemies into temporary allies. Team tip: Use Voodoo when the team is low or holding a position during a boss or objective phase.
Far Far West Builds and Progression
Progression in Far Far West is about improving guns, spells, abilities, perks, and character customization between bounty runs. Strong builds usually start with damage, then add the missing piece: reload speed, ammo efficiency, movement, lifesteal, spell damage, healing, or weakpoint power.
Far Far West Damage First Core
Investments: Upgrade damage before tuning reload, fire rate, ammo, or niche bonuses. Works with: Every primary and most secondary weapons. Why use it: More damage makes early weapons feel stronger and supports weapon XP through higher damage output.
Far Far West Movement Survival Core
Investments: Take movement bonuses through upgrades and Jokers when available. Works with: Solo players, boss fights, high-pressure co-op runs. Why use it: Better movement keeps you alive long enough for guns, spells, and teammates to do their jobs.
Far Far West Spell Usage Core
Investments: Use spells frequently, practice combinations, and invest in spell damage or cooldown-friendly upgrades. Works with: Mino, Strikes, Fireball, Thrower, Drain, Acid, Cactus, Electric, Fire, and Voodoo setups. Why use it: Spell XP rewards active usage, and combos solve horde problems that guns alone handle more slowly.
Far Far West Headshot Boss Hunter
Investments: Long Ranger or Leveredge with damage, fire rate, Glass Cannon, Consumer, and Weakpoint-style Jokers. Works with: Teams that already have crowd clear covered. Why use it: High weakpoint damage deletes elites and bosses when the player can aim under pressure.
Far Far West Shotgun Comfort Clear
Investments: Shotgun damage, reload speed, and survivability support. Works with: Solo learning, chaotic public co-op, wave-heavy missions. Why use it: The Shotgun handles trash waves quickly and stays easy to use when enemies are close.
Far Far West Minigun Ammo DPS
Investments: Minigun damage, ammo efficiency, reload support, and ammo-focused Jokers. Works with: Boss phases, big waves, teams that can protect the gunner. Why use it: With the right ammo economy, the Minigun becomes a constant damage engine.
Far Far West Spell Combo Caster
Investments: Spell damage, cooldown rhythm, Mino plus Strikes, Acid plus Fire or Electric, and Voodoo support tools. Works with: Co-op teams that communicate spell order. Why use it: Combo spells create larger effects than single casts and let teammates multiply each other's value.
Far Far West Healing Support
Investments: Voodoo spells, Drain, Ritual, Boomerang or Dual Revolvers lifesteal, and survival Jokers. Works with: Long objectives, boss fights, and teams taking repeated chip damage. Why use it: Healing candles, lifesteal ticks, and support spells help the team stay in the run instead of burning revives.
Far Far West Balanced Two-Role Loadout
Investments: Pair Shotgun, Dual Revolvers, Bow, or Boomerang for clearing with Long Ranger, Leveredge, Revolver, or Minigun for stronger single-target damage. Works with: Most solo and co-op runs. Why use it: A loadout that covers both enemy waves and boss damage is more stable than a one-dimensional build.
Far Far West Secrets and Quest Progression
Investments: Route exploration into runs and finish one-instance secrets before leaving the mission. Works with: Players who want map completion and long-term objectives. Why use it: Some secrets must be completed in one mission instance, while broader collectibles and quest progress can carry across missions.
Far Far West Cosmetic Cowboy
Investments: Unlock skins and cosmetics after your core combat upgrades are stable. Works with: Players who want long-term personalization. Why use it: Cosmetic progression gives players a reason to keep refining runs after core combat builds are already comfortable.
Far Far West Missions and Bounties
Far Far West is built around short co-op bounty runs where robot cowboys gear up in town, choose a contract, drop into a map, complete objectives, fight enemies and bosses, then return with loot. Runs can include main objectives, optional side activities, treasure, mining outcrops, boss encounters, and extraction decisions.
Far Far West Town Sheriff Contracts
The main run starts in town, where players choose a bounty contract before deploying.
- Far Far West contracts send solo players or 1-4 player co-op crews into the weird west to hunt dangerous targets.
- The Far Far West Town Sheriff contract setup frames each run around a bounty objective and a final payout.
- Before deploying in Far Far West, players can prepare weapons, spells, character upgrades, and gear in the hub town.
Far Far West Main Objective Flow
Each run combines map objectives with a boss encounter that closes out the mission.
- Far Far West mission tasks are marked on the map after deployment.
- Far Far West objective-and-boss pairings can include firing an artillery cannon before fighting an evil locomotive.
- Another Far Far West documented objective example involves firing a nuclear missile as part of a bounty scenario.
Players can detour from the main route to search for extra rewards before pushing toward the boss.
- Far Far West optional side objectives can appear while traveling between core mission tasks.
- Far Far West treasure chests and mining outcrops can provide upgrade currency for town progression.
- Far Far West secret missions and collectables are best routed before the boss phase because exploration becomes riskier once extraction pressure begins.
Far Far West Rewards and Upgrade Currency
Successful contracts feed back into permanent preparation and build improvement.
- Far Far West loot from contracts can be spent on arsenal upgrades, gear, fresh abilities, and cosmetic unlocks.
- Far Far West official descriptions highlight upgrades for guns, spells, abilities, perks, robot cowboy skins, and steed skins.
- Far Far West run design encourages players to decide whether to chase extra objectives for better rewards or return safely.
The end of a run usually pushes the crew toward a major fight and a getaway.
- Far Far West runs can end with powerful boss encounters, including large supernatural or mechanical threats.
- After the target is handled in Far Far West, the priority becomes getting paid and getting out alive.
- Playing too greedily in Far Far West after the boss can make exploration harder because enemy pressure and extraction timing become more dangerous.
Far Far West Bosses and Enemies
Combat in Far Far West mixes FPS gunplay, spellcasting, mobility, and co-op positioning. Players face regular enemy waves while moving between objectives, then close many runs with a larger bounty target or boss-style encounter.
Far Far West Vicious Skeletons
Skeletons are one of the most visible enemy groups in Far Far West. They pressure players during objective routes and force constant movement, reload discipline, and spell timing.
Far Far West Hostile Robot Bandits
Robot bandits appear as hostile ranged threats in Far Far West. They fit the core shooter rhythm: aim quickly, keep moving, and avoid being surrounded while objectives are active.
Far Far West Undead Nightmares
Far Far West launch material frames the enemy roster around undead nightmares, giving the game its mix of western bounty hunting and supernatural chaos.
Far Far West Giant Vultures
Giant vultures are named in Far Far West launch coverage as dangerous enemy types players may face, making encounters feel less predictable than standard bandit fights.
Far Far West Evil Locomotive
Far Far West mission coverage describes an objective sequence before a shootout with an evil locomotive, making this train-style boss one of the clearest documented major encounters.
Far Far West Ghost Trains
Ghost trains in Far Far West are described as deadly weird-west threats that require more than fast shooting to survive.
Far Far West Giant Spectral Necromancer
Far Far West mission coverage includes a randomized objective involving a giant spectral necromancer, highlighting the mix of boss targets, heavy firepower, and magical combat.
Far Far West Powerful Bosses
Far Far West official descriptions mention waves of enemies and powerful bosses. These encounters are the payout moments where weapons, spells, perks, and team coordination matter most.
Far Far West Maps and Secrets
Far Far West hides secret objectives across multiple maps, including bell puzzles, cactus parent-child returns, medallion challenges, mushroom sequences, Area 41 symbol inputs, and snowman-part collection. Several secrets connect across maps, especially the Area 41 symbol puzzle and the Far Far North unlock route.
